Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — Federal Way, WA | 42-Week Contract, $59.60/hr

We’re looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a team in Federal Way, WA. This is a 42-week assignment starting September 2, 2026, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Compensation:

• Local rate: $59.60/hour
• Travel rate: $60.50/hour

What you’ll do:

• Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Determine diagnosis and severity, then create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide therapy that targets articulation, fluency, voice, comprehension, and expressive language skills.
• Evaluate and treat dysphagia, and teach patients and families effective strategies and exercises for safe swallowing.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date patient records and work collaboratively with the broader healthcare team to support patient progress.

Requirements:

• Valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist state license.
