Clinical Scope
- Outpatient primary care practice
- Average patient volume: ~20 patients/day
- Case mix: general family medicine outpatient
Support and Resources
- Support staff: 4 front desk, 3 medical assistants; up to 2 advanced practice providers available
Requirements
- Active Connecticut medical license required
- Minimum 5 years’ Family Medicine experience
- Preference for local/drive-in candidates
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care
- Manage daily patient panel consistent with average volume
- Coordinate care with on-site support staff and APPs
- Maintain standard office hours as scheduled (M–F, 8–5)
