Lead Oncology Pharmacist needed in Scenic Upstate New York CPH# JOB-3302238

A hospital-based Inpatient Oncology/Infusion Pharmacy program in Northern New York is seeking a Lead Oncology Pharmacist to oversee chemotherapy operations, medication safety, workflow optimization, regulatory compliance, and oncology pharmacy initiatives within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. This is a full-time day shift hybrid hands on leadership opportunity that will also require some clinical 'generalist' responsibilities as well given the smaller size of the hospital.

Qualified candidates must possess a BS Pharmacy or PharmD with an active New York Pharmacist license preferred but not required at the time of application. Must obtain NY license prior to starting, however. Prior Oncology Pharmacy experience and leadership experience is required, including familiarity with chemotherapy regimen review and USP 797/800 standards. PGY2 Oncology Residency and/or BCOP certification are preferred.
