- Monday - Friday schedule with flexible hours
- 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours administrative time
- 6 weeks of vacation annually
- Opportunity for 4- or 5-day work week
- Clinical support with RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants
- Fully integrated EMR system
- Board-certified family practice physician required
