Provide direct behavioral support to students in a Little Rock, AR school district by implementing BCBA-designed interventions, collecting and analyzing progress data, and supporting IEP and MTSS goals. This on-site, student-facing role involves one-on-one and small-group sessions across classrooms and therapy spaces, collaboration with school staff and families, and adherence to ethical and documentation standards.

Minimum qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience supporting students with diverse needs and behavior challenges
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Accurate data collection and basic analysis skills
- Physical ability to walk, run, and lift up to 50 lbs
Key responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by BCBAs
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group behavioral sessions per student plans
- Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and inform decisions
- Support development and use of reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques
- Communicate student progress and needs with teachers, parents, BCBAs, and school staff
- Maintain precise documentation and confidential service records
- Follow professional and ethical guidelines, including confidentiality requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Adjust strategies based on data and student response; assist with crisis intervention when needed
- Collaborate closely with classroom staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Perform other duties as assigned to support student success
