Minimum Requirements
- Current BCBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Graduate degree in behavior analysis or completion of required graduate coursework
- Experience with K–12 educational settings preferred
- Ability to supervise and develop RBTs and behavior technicians
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students needing MTSS Tier 2/3 or special education supports
- Design, implement, monitor, and revise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Participate in IEP and MTSS/SBIT meetings at the school level
- Supervise, mentor, and provide professional development for RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with school and district leadership to develop, refine, and implement behavior programs
- Deliver direct intervention for students with complex behaviors as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with relevant regulations and school policies
- Communicate behavior goals, progress, and strategies to parents, teachers, and staff
- Follow school calendar and billing procedures; obtain pre-approval for any overtime
- Perform other duties as assigned
