Requirements
• Relevant certification or training in mental/behavioral health (state-recognized or equivalent)
• Valid Texas licensure/certification where applicable
• Experience working in school or youth behavioral settings preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and meet school clearance requirements

Primary Responsibilities
• Support implementation of behavioral interventions and safety plans under clinician or BCBA supervision
• Assist with data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation related to student behavior and interventions
• Observe students, report behavioral incidents, and follow de-escalation and crisis protocols as trained
• Help prepare materials and support ARD/IEP meetings by providing observation notes and required documentation
• Provide direct support to students to promote positive behavior, social skills, and classroom participation
• Train and coach school staff and paraprofessionals on routine behavioral strategies as directed
• Perform other related duties as assigned by clinical or school leadership
