Requirements:
- ACPE‑accredited BS Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state or territory
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience preferred
Core responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense and verify medications per prescriptions and protocols
- Provide medication counseling to patients on proper use, interactions, and storage
- Review medication therapy for safety and appropriateness
- Support and maintain pharmacy compliance and documentation standards
- Collaborate closely with medical and clinical staff
