What you’ll bring:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Emergency department experience or acute-care background preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and/or TNCC certifications preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Rapidly triage and assess patients on arrival and prioritize care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocol.
• Continuously monitor patient status and promptly report changes to physicians and the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Contribute to ER quality improvement and safety initiatives.
