Assignment: Contract/Travel
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Nights, 6p–6a (36 hours/week)
Rate: $2,052/36-hours

Requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (depending on patient population)
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and vital signs on a regular basis
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Communicate changes in patient status to the healthcare team and escalate as needed
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and health management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver patient care
