Contract/Travel Registered Nurse — Emergency Room
Location: Plentywood, MT
Start: ASAP
Shift Rate: $2,052 per 36 hours

Overview:
Provide emergency nursing care in the ER on a contract/travel assignment. Deliver timely assessment, interventions, monitoring, documentation, and patient/family education while collaborating with the care team and participating in safety and quality initiatives.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• ER experience or acute care background preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and/or TNCC preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients on arrival
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to physicians and team members
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and patient records
• Educate patients and families on treatment, discharge instructions, and follow-up
• Participate in ER quality improvement and safety initiatives
