Rate: $2,686/36-hours
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (Oregon or eligible)
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- BLS (HCP), ACLS, PALS, CNOR current
- Minimum 5 years hospital nursing experience
- Minimum 3 years OR experience
- Experience in education, course development, or simulation preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and EHR systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver clinical education and training for hospital staff in collaboration with department leaders
- Serve as a clinical education resource and subject-matter expert for healthcare programs
- Develop curricula, training materials, and simulation scenarios; operate simulation mannequins and software
- Assess learning outcomes, track competency, and revise programs based on evaluation and feedback
- Support DNV and other regulatory education requirements and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with Quality Management on performance improvement and education-related projects
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and the hospital mission
- Assist Quality Department as assigned
