Responsibilities also include supporting staff education and competency development, collaborating with physicians and hospital leadership, and overseeing budget, resources, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements: Active RN license; BSN required (MSN preferred); graduate of an accredited nursing program; BLS required, ACLS preferred; several years of clinical nursing experience; prior leadership or management experience preferred.
