Join a contract/travel nursing opportunity in New Lisbon, WI (start ASAP) covering the 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. shift. This long-term care assignment offers $1,804 for 36 hours.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the practicing state
- BLS required; geriatric or long-term care certifications preferred
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and patient-care skills
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor resident conditions and vital signs
- Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
- Create, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and families on care and health management
- Document care accurately and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
