Registered Nurse (RN) Primary Care, Full-Time Juneau, AK

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a friendly primary care team in Juneau, AK. This is a full-time, day-shift position starting ASAP. If you enjoy outpatient nursing, patient education, and collaborating with providers to deliver high-quality care, you might be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform focused patient assessments, take vital signs, and complete routine screenings.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered.
• Assist providers with exams and procedures.
• Teach patients about disease prevention, self-care, and healthy lifestyle choices in a clear, supportive way.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and continuity of care.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical care in the medical record.
• Help maintain clinical, safety, and regulatory compliance within the practice.

What we’re looking for

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Outpatient or primary care experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS are a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a talent for patient education.
• A team-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
