Key responsibilities

• Assess patient health status, record vital signs, and document medical information accurately
• Develop, implement, modify, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition; coordinate care with the healthcare team
• Prepare patients and assist with examinations and treatments
• Maintain clean, stocked treatment areas; prepare sterile instruments and supplies
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and medical records
• Comply with state regulations and facility policies; perform additional duties as assigned
