Registered Nurse Addiction Medicine / Outpatient OTP (Ketchikan, AK)

Join our team in Ketchikan, AK as a full-time Registered Nurse supporting outpatient addiction medicine and OTP services. This day-shift position starts ASAP and offers the chance to work directly with patients on their recovery journey in a community-focused clinic.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification
• Prior experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, or outpatient care is preferred
• Familiarity with substance use treatment and recovery principles is a plus
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills

What you’ll do

• Provide nursing care in an outpatient addiction medicine / OTP environment
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor progress, and document care in the EMR
• Administer medications and support medication-assisted treatment protocols
• Monitor for withdrawal symptoms and any medication-related adverse reactions
• Educate patients about recovery, medications, and individualized treatment plans
• Assist providers with treatment delivery and help maintain clinic safety standards
• Oversee medication inventory and contribute to a safe, organized clinic
