Requirements:

• Current RN license (AK or compact as required).
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• 1–2 years minimum acute care, emergency, or critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.

Core Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and continuously monitor patients with acute or emergent conditions.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
• Rapidly respond to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
• Provide clear patient and family education on diagnosis, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation in patient records.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards.
