Assignment: Contract/Travel — Psychiatry
Start: ASAP
Shift: Nights, 7p–7a (36 hours)
Rate: $1,674/36-hours
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the practicing state
- Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience preferred
- BLS required; psychiatric/behavioral health certifications preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, crisis management, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular mental health assessments and monitor patient status
- Safely administer medications and therapeutic interventions
- Support and participate in individual and group therapy activities
- Provide patient education related to treatment and care plans
- Accurately document care and report changes to the multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and nursing staff to maintain quality care
