Join a team in Glenwood Springs, CO as an Endoscopy/GI Technician on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This role offers $1,972 per 40-hour week and is ideal for someone with endoscopy or GI lab experience who enjoys hands-on patient care and technical work.

What you’ll do:

• Assist physicians during GI procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and bronchoscopy.
• Prepare procedure rooms and ensure all equipment is ready before cases.
• Clean, disinfect, and reprocess endoscopes and related instruments following infection-control standards.
• Transport and position patients safely for procedures and support nursing staff with patient care as needed.
• Monitor, restock, and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Keep accurate documentation and logs for scope reprocessing and other required records.
• Follow facility safety protocols, infection-control policies, and HIPAA requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an Endoscopy Technician or GI Technician training program is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous experience in an endoscopy or GI lab is preferred.
• Familiarity with endoscope reprocessing standards (AAMI, SGNA, AORN).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift/move equipment and patients safely.
