Travel OR Nurse Manager (RN) — Bethel, AK (Contract, Days, 32 hrs)

Join a team in Bethel, AK as a contract Registered Nurse supporting the Operating Room. This day-shift role starts ASAP, is travel/contract based, and offers $2,736 for a 32-hour week. You’ll run the day-to-day of the OR, keeping surgeries safe and efficient while working closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and facility leadership.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily OR operations and coordinate case flow to maximize surgical throughput
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Lead department budgeting, supply management, and equipment oversight
• Drive staff development through education and mentorship
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve patient outcomes

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Prior OR clinical experience and experience in leadership or management preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
