Leadership Duties
- Leadership experience strongly preferred

- Support the facility medical director in overseeing ED operations and clinical performance
- Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance care, quality and efficiency
- Champion safety and best practices throughout the emergency department
Requirements
- Board Requirements: Board certified or eligible
- Board Specialties Required: EM
- Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, PALS
