- 30-minute call response required with 1:1 call ratio
- 12 patients per shift with both inpatient and outpatient rounding
- Acute psychiatric unit setting
- Involuntary commitments and restraint application required
- Average 10 phone consults and 12 patients seen per 24-hour call
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
