Join a hospital-affiliated practice in Mountain Home, AR, providing comprehensive clinical and surgical ENT care for pediatric and adult patients. This permanent, Monday–Friday position covers both hospital and outpatient surgery center settings with ongoing clinical and operative responsibilities.

Practice and facilities

• Current team: 1 otolaryngologist, 1 APP, 1 audiologist
• Surgical settings: Main OR and outpatient surgery center
• Technology: State-of-the-art equipment available

Clinical scope

• Diagnose and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
• Provide outpatient care, admit and round as needed
• Perform general ENT surgical cases in both OR environments
• Collaborate with APPs, audiology, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely, accurate patient documentation

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $460,000 plus production bonus potential
• $100,000 commencement bonus and relocation assistance

Requirements

• BC/BE in Otolaryngology
• Active Arkansas medical license or eligibility and active DEA
• Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
• Preference for candidates interested in building and expanding a busy ENT practice
