A growing Pediatric Urgent Care program in Lubbock, Texas is seeking physicians to join a well-supported and collaborative team environment focused on high-quality pediatric care.

Practice Highlights

• Pediatric Urgent Care setting
• On-site X-ray and point-of-care testing
• Team-based model with Physicians and APPs
• Strong clinical support including nurses, MAs, and front desk staff
• Modern practice environment with efficient workflows

Schedule

• 12 shifts per month
• 12-hour shifts
• Additional shifts available and compensated at $1,539 per shift

Compensation

• $250,000 base salary
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
