Join a busy, supportive team in Watertown, Wisconsin, for a short-term locum tenens assignment covering obstetrics and gynecology care across inpatient and outpatient settings. This engagement runs July 15–20, 2026, and provides clinical coverage plus beeper call with a 30-minute response time.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies, interpret fetal heart monitoring (NST/CST/FSE), and perform OB ultrasounds (Level I/viability and Level II/anatomic).
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic obstetric services including routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs), make C-section decisions, and repair 3rd/4th degree lacerations.
• Perform amniocentesis as needed.
• Cover office and minor gynecologic procedures such as IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP.
• Provide surgical gynecology care including open and laparoscopic procedures—tubal ligation, lysis of adhesions, chromal tubation, ectopic pregnancy management, oophorectomy, and cystectomy.
• Participate in rounding (unassigned patients) and accept admissions/phone consults as required.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin medical license
• Board certified in OB/GYN
• BLS certification
