Duties and procedures

• Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies; fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
• Perform OB ultrasound: Level I/viability and Level II/anatomic screening
• Manage routine and complicated deliveries: vaginal, forceps, C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs
• Repair 3rd/4th degree perineal lacerations
• Surgical gynecology: open and laparoscopic procedures including tubal ligation, lysis of adhesions, salpingostomy/ectopic management, oophorectomy, cystectomy
• Office/minor gynecology: IUD placement/removal, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryotherapy, LEEP

Requirements

• Active Ohio medical license
• Board certified (BC)
• BLS and ACLS required
• NPDB report required
• Hospital privileges and resident/teaching supervision required
