Join a client in Montesano, WA for a 13-week assignment beginning June 22, 2026. Full-time schedule starting at 08:00. Open to OT or COTA candidates. Pay: OT $95/hr, COTA $65/hr.

Key requirements

• Current, active Occupational Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).
• Registry personnel must present state or federal photo ID at check-in and wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times.

Primary responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental factors to identify limitations and establish functional goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to restore or improve daily living skills.
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to increase independence and manage conditions.
• Monitor, document, and report progress; collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.
