RN Unit Manager — Registered Nurse Leadership (Rochester, NH)

Join our team in Rochester, NH as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment beginning June 8, 2026. This weekday position (Mon–Fri) offers $2,400 per 40-hour week (Local: $60/hour).

Qualifications

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• Previous nursing leadership experience
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure adherence to facility policies and standards
• Oversee patient care activities including assessments, medication administration, and accurate documentation
• Collaborate in staffing and scheduling to maintain efficient, safe patient coverage
• Mentor and educate nursing team members to support professional development
• Monitor compliance and quality metrics, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement
• Respond to medical emergencies following established protocols
