Schedule: 03:00 PM–11:00 PM
Rate: Travel $740/40 hrs; Local $728/40 hrs
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Previous personal care or healthcare experience preferred
Core responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
- Support mobility: walking, transfers, positioning
- Prepare and assist with meals; support dietary needs
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
- Perform light housekeeping: laundry, linens, tidying
- Monitor, document, and report changes in client condition
- Administer medications only if trained and authorized
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Follow established care plans and complete daily documentation
- Other duties as assigned by management
