Requirements:

• Valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Diagnose type and severity of communication and swallowing impairments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language.
• Evaluate and treat dysphagia; train patients and families in swallowing strategies and exercises.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
