Join a dynamic outpatient team in Bowie, MD, for a 15-week contract starting June 1, 2026. This full-time position (Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:30) offers a local pay package of $1,505 per 35-hour week (equivalent to $43/hour).
Requirements:
- Active, valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Maryland.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Physical Therapist in patient evaluation and implement prescribed interventions and exercise programs.
- Apply therapeutic modalities and operate rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively.
- Instruct patients (and caregivers) on home exercise programs and provide clear education to promote recovery.
- Accurately document treatment sessions and collaborate with the PT and multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Follow safety and infection-control policies at all times.
This role is ideal for a licensed PTA seeking a focused, hands-on contract opportunity in a supportive clinical setting.
