We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive assessment and intervention for communication and swallowing disorders in a clinical setting. This role combines diagnostic evaluation, individualized treatment planning, direct therapy, caregiver education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing function.
• Diagnose communication and swallowing disorders, determine severity, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language.
• Manage dysphagia care, including evaluation, treatment, and education for patients and families on strategies and exercises.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and coordinate care with the broader healthcare team.
