Occupational Therapist (OT) — Contract 13-Week, Stockton CA | $64/hr, 35-hr Week, SunThu

We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a contract role in Stockton, CA starting June 29, 2026. This is a 13-week local assignment with a Monday–Thursday and Sunday schedule (Sun–Thu). Compensation is $64/hour or a local PPW rate of $2,240 for a 35-hour week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assess patients’ physical and cognitive abilities and evaluate their home or care environments to pinpoint limitations and set meaningful goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help patients regain or improve daily living skills.
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Teach patients and families strategies to increase independence and manage conditions at home.
• Track and document progress continuously and work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.

What we need from you:

• A valid, active Occupational Therapy license for the state.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).
