Contract/Travel Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Tuscumbia, AL
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Duration: 12 weeks
Schedule: Nights, 18:00–06:30
Pay: $900 per 36-hour week (Local & Travel) — equivalent to $25/hour
Required:
- Current, active LPN state license.
- BLS certification.
Primary duties:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN/physician direction.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document vital signs continuously.
- Assess, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
- Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
