Join a healthcare team in Middletown, RI, for a 15-week local contract beginning June 1, 2026. This full-time role follows a seven-day schedule (Sun–Sat) and offers a local pay package of $1,995 per 35-hour week (approximately $57/hour).
Requirements:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist state license.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing function.
- Diagnose communication and swallowing disorders, determining type and severity.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy targeting articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language, and dysphagia management.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
