Requirements:
- Valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Occupational Therapist in evaluating patients to identify physical and functional limitations.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and activities to improve motor skills, mobility, and independence in daily living.
- Instruct patients in the safe and effective use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation, recording treatments, progress, and changes in condition.
- Follow safety and infection-control protocols to ensure a secure therapy environment.
