Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Victorville, California. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong clinical and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient-only Family Medicine practice
- Employed physician role within a multispecialty clinical environment
- Join a primary care team of 21+ providers
- Monday"Friday schedule, 8:00 AM " 5:00 PM
- Opportunity to participate in a local Family Medicine Residency Program (optional academic involvement)
Compensation
- Base salary range: $250,000 " $300,000
- Base salary plus productivity bonus
- Sign-on bonus provided
- Relocation allowance included
