Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, ongoing
Clinical Focus
- Adult primary care with emphasis on population health, health equity, and value-based care
- Patient demographic: adults
- Phone consults as needed
- Patient volume/census: TBD
Clinical and Academic Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care to adults
- Participate in population health and quality improvement initiatives
- Teach and mentor residents and medical trainees
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (care managers, pharmacists, social workers, behavioral health specialists, community partners)

Requirements
- MD or DO; completion of ACGME- or AMA-approved residency
- Board certified or eligible (BC/BE)
- Active Texas medical license
- Clean professional record highly preferred
- At least one professional reference within the last 24 months
- Experience in medical education, health equity, population health, or value-based care highly preferred
