Qualifications
- Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
- Board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (ABOG)
- Completion of ACGME-accredited 3-year REI fellowship
- 3–5 years post-fellowship REI experience required
- BLS certification and active DEA registration
- Clean professional record; most recent NPDB self-query report (within 30 days)
