We’re seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for locum coverage in Eureka, CA. This is an inpatient, call-only assignment with 24-hour beeper call shifts. The role will be roughly 75% interventional and 25% noninvasive—please review the practice procedural list carefully.

Credentialing & Documentation

• Current CV must be uploaded with your bid and should list all hospital affiliations
• Active California medical license required
• DEA registration required
• Board certified or eligible (BC/BE) within 3–5 years of residency completion
• Active fluoroscopy credential required (ACTIVE FLURO)
• All HBS specialties require 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty
• Any gaps in practice greater than 3 months must be explained
• For surgical specialties, include current case logs at presentation
