Required:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• BLS certification

Overview:
Provide hands-on nursing care in a clinical setting under RN or physician supervision. Deliver safe, effective patient-centered care, maintain accurate documentation, and respond appropriately in urgent situations.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement care plans
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely
• Monitor, record, and trend vital signs continuously
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and communicate changes in condition
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols

This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
