Compensation:

• Local: $36.00/hour (Local PPW: $1,296 / 36 hours)
• Travel: $37.00/hour (Travel PPW: $1,332 / 36 hours)

Required:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, document, and report patients’ vital signs and clinical status
• Assess, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care instructions
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
