• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Document patient information and communicate with interdisciplinary team
• Respond to patient changes and escalate per protocol

Compliance:

• Maintain required licensure and certifications prior to start date
• Complete facility orientation and any mandatory training before assignment begins
