Required Credentials

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• New York State Respiratory Therapist license (current)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP (current)
• Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Care program

Required Experience & Skills

• Critical care proficiency
• Labor & Delivery / Neonatal resuscitation experience
• Recent, role-relevant skills checklist (updated within 1 year)
• Work history documenting relevant experience
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years

Compliance & Documentation

• Upload current NYS license and certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP) to profile prior to onboarding — facility will not pend documents
• Permanent address must be included in profile and must match Driver License/State ID; address will be validated during compliance
• Skills checklist and required documents must be current and accessible in the profile

Exclusion

• Candidates with permanent addresses in these New York counties are not eligible for this Glens Falls travel assignment: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington
