We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a dialysis team in Roosevelt, UT on a contract/travel basis. This is a night-shift assignment, starts ASAP, and pays $1,804 for a 36-hour week.
What you’ll bring
- Current RN license (or Compact Nurse License)
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA)
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, with prior dialysis experience required
- Acute care or ambulatory nursing background preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
What you’ll do
- Deliver and oversee safe, effective dialysis treatments following facility protocols
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis care, treatment plans, and managing their condition
- Supervise and support Dialysis Technicians to maintain high-quality care
- Make treatment adjustments per standing orders and physician direction, and monitor patient response
- Document clinical outcomes and administer medications per policy
- Collaborate closely with nephrologists, social workers, dietitians, and the broader care team
- Take part in quality improvement, compliance efforts, and infection-control practices
- Help enhance patient care processes across clinic locations
