Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• ICU, PCU, or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• Specialty critical care certifications preferred
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and continuously monitor patient condition and vital signs
• Administer medications, blood products, and advanced interventions safely and per protocol
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans, recovery, and health management
• Accurately document care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
