Seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technician for a contract assignment in Midland, MI. Assignment begins Jun 29, 2026. Day-shift schedule with a 40-hour guarantee; schedule is variable and may include floating to the General OR when case volume is low, for turnover, breaks, or room openings. Weekend coverage: every third weekend. On-call: 1–2 call nights per week plus every third weekend. Rate: $2,772 / 40 hours.

Minimum qualifications and required documents:

• Minimum 5 years CVOR experience with open-heart exposure — required.
• Experience in a tertiary care center and/or level I or II trauma center — required.
• Comfortable floating to General OR as needed.
• Candidate permanent address must be outside the facility’s 50-mile exclusion zone (facility will not consider local candidates within 50 miles) — required.
• Current skills checklist (within 1 year) specific to CVOR — required.
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years — required.
• Active NBSTSA certification — required.
• Active American Heart Association BLS — required.
