Summary

• Rate: $1,939 / 32 hours
Requirements
• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care staff.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and under RN/physician supervision.
• Monitor and document resident health status; report changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
