Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician — Full-Time with Sign-On Bonus, Lebanon, PA

We’re a well-established ENT group in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, looking for a full-time otolaryngologist—board certified or board eligible—to join our growing, community-focused practice. We provide comprehensive general and subspecialty ENT care, supported by strong in-house ancillary services and a collaborative team environment.

• Full-time position with a manageable call schedule (one week of call per month).

In-house ancillary services

• Diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing
• Voice and swallowing testing and therapy
• Allergy testing and treatment

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in otolaryngology
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
